All the main engine parts are cleaned /labelled /stored in boxes with appropriate section







GTX 30 fully checked and inspected , video will come to see its condition

REmoving rods/pistons/crank (all gaskets were cleaned and in very good shape )



found some pistons parts on the bottom oil pane :

3rd piston under the spark plug #3
If i can only knew what have cause this , i would be a very happy guy .

I have never Questionned KLASEN remaps , i always had those and NO problems .
I am trying to find out what could have cause this , and i am running out ideas .

This to avoid this to happen again

- Spark plugs too hot ? ( recommended by Klasen , and i am assuming other stage 5 or more are using them)
- 98 Fuel ? i always get the gaz from the same "cleaned" gas stations
- Faulty spark plug ?
- bad driving ? ( i wasn't pushing the car harder than my race agaisnt the Porsches )
- Un luck ?? ( i don't beleive that , everthing is happening for a reason )
- Injector(s) failure ? will get them checked /tested after running them in the new Test engine 02

Any ideas ? please throw them at me , PM , even if in German , i will use a translator or i will send them to a German speaker .

Got my parts from Main Engine 01 sand blasted before painting , those will later go on the final engine .

so much work to do - but you did well!
As I see, the turbocharger isn't damaged at all?
I can't believe the condition of the piston underneath - looks like a heavy cooling problem.
Steel rods and many other parts could be mounted again and that's good news.

Averell , i still have to open up the exaust side of the turbo , i need to check the blade/wheel and see if it is not damaged on the side , that could be the case .
