Hello

Let me introduce you a quick small turbo project from France .

A 2001 Astra coupe turbo that went thru some modds since i got it two years ago .

Here it is in "stock mode "

I first started witht the very basic light changes .

It used to have :

Alcantara/leather seats
Sunroof
NCDR 1100 nav color screen

Purchased brand new back to 2001

Then i started all the engine modds .

I First ( two years ago ) added the following parts :

KO4 from Z20LEH
Full 76mm exaust system
Z20LEH injectors
Walbro uprated fuel pump
Forged pistons
Standard Z20LET rods
Balancer shaft removal
And all other minor details ...

The car Was very decent and i came up to the point where in needed to have a little more .

I went from the K04 to the GT2871 R 2 .

My first item to fit the turbo was unsuccessfull , i bought a used Turbo off MIgvauxhaul ( UK forum) it was stripped out of a C20LET engine , but was not good my Klasen tubular exaustt manifold

Then , i got myself a brand new GT2871 from Courtenay Sport ( UK )
and in addition the 1.9 Cdti Airbox, Hoses , Whiteline anti roll bar , poly bushes .....
