Does anyone know what are the measures to start the engine the first time after a full rebuild ?

When i did my engine before , an OPEL mechanic guy helped me out ( he builded the engine ) and start the car by removing the plugs/ a couple of relays and some thing else , i don't know exactly what it was , so i am seeking for advices to get the oil up and all over before starting every thing .

I don´t know if you ever drive with your Coupe since you started the modification :wink: , but do you notify a diference with the swaybar on your rear axle??

I´m not shure to buy it......

Sorry , i overlooked at your question
the rear lower anti roll bar would be a good purchase (in my humble opinion ) , i am not track racing my car but i do very fast driving and occasional "cornering "
My actuals suspensions are cheap and not good , before fitting the bar , on high speed , the car was not " well balanced " and depending on how fast i was going i could rub my rear arches .

Since i fitted the bar , my car is not a "chassis killer" but i can feel a different balance ( set to the hardest level) and i have that rear solid sensation ( only a sensation you must think) , but physically , my rear arches are not rubbing anymore , and i have not changed my hight adjustment on the coil over , there fore , in my opinion , for the price , it is a " must buy" item .

The relays for the fuel pump I think was it.
Remove the plugs and disconnect the fuel injectors and the coils from the wiring harness.
Then crank the engine till you have oil pressure. Connect and install all - start the engine

Hello

Fitting the radiator and checking stuffs , it is really tight and the fact that i took the Z20LEH a/c hoses is not helping as i was thinking , i need to come up with some Z20LET again, i sold mine a long time ago ...

I was always wondering if there is spacial way of fitting theses, on my GT28 set up , i attached these to the radiator , but i don't even know if there are things to watch out for .

Hello

Not a lot of news beside a couple of issues .

The car started fine and was running pretty stable except for an exhaust leak on the V band sections ( they have warped during the welding ...)
I am getting that fixed fixed and it pretty much ok .
Then i re assembled the front and after starting the car an oil leak started , i only had a very tiny leak on the "dash daq" connectors that i use for my oil return , before re fitting every thing , i checked one last time all the parts and was making sure they are securely fasten
i did fasten the oil return line faster .

it looks like it is leaking from the connector going on the oil "adaptor/unrestrictor"

I will take a look at it this week .

My escape last week , i was running the car on idle for a while , i was starting to run out of gas .

I had a weird idea of just drive to the Gas Station to Refill ( no headlights/license plate / bumper /... ) was great , a 5kms drive being outlaw .
