I am hoping someone can help me by describing what advantages the new pressure sensor in the Phase 3.5 has over the standard sensor in the Motronic unit.


The translators I used for EDS's site arent great (as you will probably know ) so I am wondering if someone can do a more direct translation for me ??


[*]Why change the map sensor and what maximum pressure does the new sensor measure upto ??

[*]What are the other main differences between Phase 3 and Phase 3.5 except for the power ??

Hi Richie,

the advantage of the fase 3.5 is that you have a better throtle responce, the (over)boost is better controlled so it's safer, you have a boostpressure of 1.25bar(every 0.1bar brings 15hp) all by all it's a better version than the fase 3

PS: you can also ask Regal, they work toghether with EDS maybe it's easyer for you
