Big discs + 5 hole in Astra F (Mk3)

It is possible to fit the più big discs and pliers with the junction to 5 holes of a Vectra Turbo on an Astra (Mk3)? If he, what modification I should make to the rear one also to have there the 5 holes? And for the handbrake?
