rearwheel drive in a calibra?

hello..i have a calibra turbo 4x4...super car no doubt about it...
the problem as you all know is the transferbox(verteilergetriebe) :evil:
i have changed it 2 times already!!!!! :x :x
instead of making front wheel drive i want to make it REAR wheel drive. :idea:
it has been done before(vectra),i've seen it on the c20let index(maxboost)
my question is....has anyone got some info on the subject....parts etc.??

i was thinking about omega/senator drive train myself.
please help me out here. :?

Just buy a strengthened one from Hürlimann in Switzerland (http://www.dorfbrunnen-garage.ch/) ! Set a switch to turn the 4x4 off for longer trips on highways, avoid first gear full power starts and watch out that the tire tread is the same at all wheels, so nothing could happen to your tranferbox !
If your car is lowered a eccentric bush kit (http://www.dorfbrunnen-garage.ch/) is also recommendable !

How did your transferboxes die, overheated or overloaded ?

I´m sure you get a good price in switzerland so you can get 4 tranferboxes for the change-cost of the rear drive instead :lol:
