power wheel phase 3.5 stage 1 gives 0.9 bar

mypower wheel at stage 1 is giving 0.9 bar of boost.
recently it gave 1.5 bar over boost and held 1.25 bar in stage 1 .
i have checked all the connections and they are fine, do i need a new power wheel.

that is way too hgh for stage 1!!

have you checked that the switch is assembled properly? there is 2 ways it can go together. One gives the correct 5 settings, the other gives i think 8 positions but only 5 work. This may cause the switch to not work properly.

In Pos -1- you will have "basic boost" and the basic boost should be around 0,6 if the actuatorspring is ok.

If you connect the pipe coming from the compressor direct to the actuator you will also get the basicboost and disconnecting the motronic from the amalvalve will give the same result.

I dont think that is possible. The spring has to be strong anough to hold back for backpressure inside the exh.manifold.

mate the connector is fine there is only one way of fitting it funny thing is a few days back and now all the time it reuns position 5 on all the settings.
my mates calibra turbo runs 0.3 bar on the lowest setting

Check the voltage at the backside of the boostswitch
Pin 1 must be +5 VDC
Pin2 = signal
Pin3 = gnd
Between Pin2 and Pin3, signal from 0-5V depending of switch position

Switch position
Pos1 = 0V
Pos2 = 1,25V
Pos3 = 2,5V
Pos4 = 3,75V
Pos5 = 5V
