Pierburg Valve noise and tremble!

Hello everyone.
I have a problem.
Yesterday I feel a noise under the bonnet after 15/20 second with the inition ON (engine off).
The noise is make by the Pierburg valve. It's like a tremble TR-TR-TR-TR-TR---

Please help me! What I can do?

I have EDS phase III and before I never had this problem.

Without Phase 3 there is't any noise
