Phase4 ECU

Can someone please give me access to the wiring instructions for phase4.

I have bought a second hand phase4 ECU that has had additional wiring installed for an apexi boost controller, I want to remove the wiring for this and go back to amal valve control.

The ecu has additional wiring to that which I had to do when i installed my Phase 3 on my old ECU. with more than one of the output pins cut and an additional resister etc across them I don't know

Pin 21 is cut, I think that was done on my P3, but this also has pin5 cut, with the top wire going back to a spot on the additional board my p3 didnt have, and the bottom now has a resister going to pin27

There may be more modifications... where can i get a copy of the p4 install so i can see what should and shouldnt be there...

Also my ecu was sold without a power wheel, should the p4 have one? the space for one on the power board is empty connector what happens without? it runs low boost yes?

Thanks for any help. The versions are SW452 printed on it, and LR 6.52, are these recent or are there important updates avaliable also that i should have?

Bad deal - as far as I can remember, this is a very old version for stock injectors with an additional 5th injector. The problem is when you by a 2nd-hand ECU, that you won´t get exactly the same configuration on your engine, fuelpressure, turbocharger, cams and so on. Also in the last years the tuners got more and more knowledge of the ECU and it´s maps and it is always better to contact the tuner for a realtime-mapping on your own car than buying old stuff.

The ecu has definately got the 525cc msd injector map running on it, It used to run the yellow injector maps but was upgraded at a later date to take the MSD's which were supplied with it.

Should this have the power wheel etc?? I'm wondering if I should have it sent off to have the additional wiring removed, power switch supplied and software checked to the latest version.. it was upgraded to the msd setup in March 2003.

If I were you, I would contact the tuner to get an update. March 2003 is long time ago...
