Koni or Bistien sport damper?

I would like to buy some decent front and rear dampers, which is not too harsh or hard, i am not sure if the koni or the bilstein sport dampers is the best to for for

any ideas?

I can recommend to you yellow Koni dampers. I use them since ages and i am happy with them because of the built in adjustment.
The front dampers are in every way continous adjustable, the actual series of rear dampers for the simple "Verbundlenker" rear axle also. I think you have a Calibra with semi-trailing (=Schräglenker) rear axle. At my old Vectra 2000 I had to adjust them out of the car. But perhaps they are also on this standard.

hello fransis, if you adjust the frons and rears to the softest setting how much harder is it that the standard cali shocks? the thing is when i drive in bumpy area i dont want them to be very hard, but say on a track or on smooth road i can adjust the to a harder setting.

im running eibach springs front and rear too.

Well, I personnaly like a "dry" set. But according to the official Koni informations the standart setting is equal to the stock dampers. That means relative komfortably.
I have H&R Springs, not adjustable, but they work just in a limitet way properly. When there is much load on the spring, they turn too early into enormous rigidity.
A little tip: when you use plates at the Wheels for a wider track, then you have the combination of good roadholding and you can set the dampers to "mild".
