Ok, as I see the helix clutch isn't Plug&Play :shock:
Did they finish the job or do you have new problems?
How many kg are the Helix-clutch/flywheel lighter than the original parts?

The only problem we faced is the bearing,but no big deal.
Yes we finished the job easy,without any other problems.
I don't remember the difference at the weight,sorry....

I didn't see it yet at high boost,because i have to replace the injectors,the E6 with E8,so it needs new maping.
As far i've seen it's hard at daily use.
I wonder which is his life time...

I can hardly expect and no longer sleep untill if´ve seen new stuff! :wink:
probably all you need is to have a proper camera that can get ur speed

i ordered helix clutch too.the complete set without flywheel i didn't know it isn't plug and play....

At the last visit at the dyno,with different timming we saw 705ps and 80kgm torque at 2.0 bar with safe maping with low advance.
At the next try dyno stoped counting...

705 ps with the 5th gear,not the 4rth and at 2.0bar.
At 2,2 and with more agressive maping the dyno stoped.
We calculate more than 750ps. :wink:

This a dyno plot before the dyno stoped.










Next month i will replace the 900cc injectors with 1.200cc,new map sensor 5bar,import fuell and maybe new intake manifold.

Any idea for intake manifolds?

Er sagt er habe dem Giorgo schon vorgeschlagen die EDS-saugrohre für sie beide zu bestellen. Der Giorgo aber hat seine Bedenken bezüglich der Effektivität des EDS-Saugrohres,würd ich mal sagen.
