when driving with my power switch on everything is fine but when i switch it off for low boost and hit boost my engine management light comes on. i've checked the fault code and it comes up with throtle position sensor. any ideas why this would happen with the power switch off??. also i don't think the power switch is working cos i get the same amount of boost whether it's on or off. at the moment i'm getting 1.4bar overboost and holding 1.2 which i know is too high. any help would be good

i have just got p2 a few days ago but my switch does not even work, so i plugged the chip striaght in and all is fine.

btw what should be held and over boost on p2? and what is the rev limit?

phase 2 is 18psi overboost and 1 bar hold boost IIRC! Rev limit is 7250 as well??

ash told me 1.5 bar overboost and 1.1 bar constant....mine just seems to go to 1.1 bar and stay there, no overboost

i get something similar with my powerswitch,if i turn it off to low boost the ecu light comes on with fault code 26(injector voltage high)but its perfect on high boost.dont know why???

I used to get code 116 when on 'low' mode.

Check the rubber sleeves that bridge the intercooler pipework. If these are not sealing properly you will be getting a boost leak which could potentially cause the problems.

Now, the errors you are getting are totally different and you could think i'm talking out of me crack, but worth checking nonetheless.
