Thank you , the parts i buy them from the states for opel cars , not to fit on mine ( the CARRILLO ) mine are getting the Pauters .
Pistons to come soon , the CARRILLO PRO SA - A are 562g / each .

@Onemannshow: Tell me what fuel system or in fact what pump do you use in your Astra?
I'm asking because I want to change the turbocharger, Intake and injectors to get approximately 280-300BHP.
And I want to use the aeromotive stealth 340 version 11142, so what do you think?

I am far away from being an expert but i think on your setup it will be good .

At that power range , i was using ( before) an Uprated WallBroo internal fuel pump with 470cc injectors ( Z20LEH) .

For the current set up i had until my engine failure , i still have the Internal Uprated Walbro + Peirburg XXL + catch tank ( Damian install) and 630 cc injectors .

I just sold my injectors and getting new bigger injectors but keeping the Walbro/Pierburg .

Bottom line is in my humble opinion , you can't go wrong with AEROMOTIVE Stealth 340 as oposed to an OEM fuel pump , Go for it .

I will and I try to get one direct from USA because they're much cheaper as in germany.

I have ordered the pump today and it costs 138,- Euros including shipping from United States.
Maybe I have to pay sales taxes for the pump, but then it's still cheaper as in UK or GER.

Yes true , i order most of my stuffs from the states , have them delivered to my house there, and send it to me , that way no taxes, duties or extra fees .

Next step is the turbocharger and I want to order it direct from courtney sport.
By the actual exchange rate the charger should be ~ 200 Euros cheaper as in GER and casket set is included!
I prefer the standart LEH-Charger without special bearing or else.
My current LET-Charger has the special bearing but nevertheless it's running out of range and loses oil.
Maybe it depends on boost level up to 1.52 bar.
So I want to swap the charger and decrease boost level for more reliability.
I also swap the injectors (470 ccm), the pump, LEH-hoses from filter to LEH-Sensor housing and the sensor housing itself.

Great program , i can get you some stuffs in you want , i can give you a quote on PM
here are some parts i am selling around here from a friend of mine working at an OPEL Dealership .

Turbos /MAF/Injectors /Balancer shaft removal /Z20LEH oil pumps and so on , but no great deal on Z20LEH pistons (around 800€)

I have the stealth 340 and am very happy with her​​! fits great in the astra and promotes enough for more power! less a part that needs to be expanded later with more power again!

beyond the original spliceless. I removed the cable from the connector pins in the big cable and soldered there! fits reasonably

german ^^ über die originalen verbindungsstellen . ich habe die kabel aus den pins im stecker entfernt und das große kabel dort aufgelötet! passt einigermaßen
