TPS sensor (Ash help)

Ash what values should the throttle position sensor read on a phase 3 car (C20 LET)?

Mine registers 0v with throttle closed, and 3.66v with throttle fully open, is this correct?

Hi RDS !

Your TPS sensor should give you :

0% trottle = 0.4 -0.5 V DC

100% trottle = 4.3 - 4.7 V DC!

Please check your voltage !

There is a small amount of ajustment you can make when you mount the TPS, try loosening the 2 screws and rotating it with a multimeter attached to see if you can bring it back into range. I'm sure there's about 0.5v you can adjust by.

It is not possible to change the 0.5v step because this is created with resistors either side of the POT in the TPS.
