stutter?

I have put a Air/Fuel monitor in my car. Now it seems that the car won't drive anymore above 4.500 rpm at full load. It holds back!

The EDS-crew told me that i would drive at lean conditions because the boost didn't hold. And as i see on the monitor, yess. In fact very lean. But since the installation of the monitor the engine seems to stutter at 4.500 rpm. What can be the problem?

I mean, can it be that the wire that gives the signal to my monitor from the lambda have any influence on the ECU.

The wire from the AFR board should be parallell connected to the Lambda signal wire, if so you should have NO problem with the signal to Motronic.

There is a plug in the engine bay just before where the cable loom enters the inside of the car to the ECU. And that's where i've split the cable to go to the monitor. I can't go parallel with the wire, after where the loom enters the insidie of the car.

But i've seen that the wire that goes to the ECU is surrounded by another one that (i think) prevent this kind of things.

Or, but i can be wrong, the signal is to weak for the ECU because of the splitting, but i had it also on my C20XE, and no problem there.
