I have had this problem for sometime now. Cant get to the bottom of it. I have replaced nearly everything and it still stalls at traffic lights or junctions(Not all the time).

I have replaced the
Plugs
Dizzy cap
Leads
Rotor Arm
Idle control valve
Air flow meter
Dump valve
Engine Loom
ECU with Evo 310 - Evo 360
Coolant sensor
Crankshaft sensor
Intake sensor on Inlet manifold
One way valve
One way valve on servo

All parts above are new except Engine loom and ECU.

Spec so far

Coscast Head
Vmax Evo360 Cams
Bosch F5 DPOR plugs
Bottom end- wallace Performance rebuild 8,5:1
Oil spray bars
Crank regrind
ARP rod bolts
uprated JE pistons
Z20LET metal head gasket
V-max K26/24RS 420PS turbo
Wallace Performance -4 actuator
V-max 60mm top hat
V-max Evo 310 software
V-max Adjustable FPR (2.2bar)
Evo 6 motorsport fuel pump
MSD 525ccm
Turbo XS blow-off valve
60mm pipe work
Evo 6 intercooler
Apexi cone Filter
Direct cold air intake
Powerflow Exhaust with 4" Jap tail pipe
DSOP downpipe with seperated wastegate
No CAT
C20 LET radiator and metal fan
Early V belt XE metal pulley set
V Belt Powersteering pump.

I am running Vmax Evo 310 at the moment.

Any suggestions or help would be good.

1. Dump Valve (run a test complete without a bov)
2. Leak on the intercooler or pipes (put pressure with an compressor to the system wich is closed on both ends.)
3. Idle Valve
4. Fuel Pressure of 2,2bar is too less in Idle it go down to 1,5bar the injectors are not supposed to run in this less pressure.
5. AFM

Injectors are running @ 3 bar now.
Idle control valve and AFM are both new.
I will have to run the car without Dump valve but it doesnt have a internal dump valve like the KKK16. The turbo i have is the K24 housing.
Will check intercooler and pipe work when i have the engine out next for the steel rods.

Without dump valve is no problem for a short run to test it.

Hi, im newbie and got a ph3.5 VectraA turbo 4x4, but when i brake after long hard drivering i go to stop and to come onto a roundabout say, and my car keeps showing me all the warning lights on the dash as if it had cut out! :roll:
So i could do with finding out why this is, as it cant be right! :?:
