If there was a forgotten screw in the housing, you wouldn't drive any meter with adequate preasure. At the moment you start the engine your turbocharger should be destroyed completely und the noise during destruction should hear everybody.
An where can you leave a screw in the turbocharger?!?! There is no place in the housing where you could not see forgotten parts. A screw is very large part.
And the screw you hold in your hands looks too fine for a crash in a turbine that rotates with about 100,000 rpm's.
I'm sure this is not the reason of your damage.

The screw was surely in the housing where there are recirculation valve, and i don't run more than 0.3 bar after i have fit this turbo , and no sound on start, the screw will be block in the recirculation valve and go to wheel after ... :roll:
