On the return in France.
Problem of pressure the turbo. :cry:
With Full in 6e speed my pressure is with 1.25 bar during 5 sec.
approximately.
And go down to 0.5 Bar!!
Which is the problem? (my turbo to approximately 40000 Kms)

Does the motronic light turn on ?
If yes. maybe your fuel delivery to the engine is not good enough..
If your injectors are clean, and the rest of the fuel system is working o.k then it could be your lambda sensor ;)

Hey Franck !

Its the lambda control system , thats protecting your engine !

It could be :

1) Lambda sensor bad / old

2) Fuel pressure dropping under full load

3) fuel pump tired

4) bad ground conncetion between the mintake manifold and the ECU

I have a new pump (Bosch 0580 254 909).

I will test a motronic Phase 2 (260 cv).

I will control my Benzin pressure .

With the motronic Phase 2, my Kadett functions very well.

The gasoline pressure is to 4.5 Bar.

And I opened my motronic Phase 3.5. I see eprom "BODEN PHASE 3"
It is normal?

In the car of my Dutch friend André, there was also a phase 3 chip in the bottom of the motronic, and it was the same as my phase 3,5 so i don't think you have to worry.

It seems to be strange that the last time there a a lot of trouble with the phase 3,5 :(

My own car is still driving with the phase 3,5. but i looked at the chip data, and i hope that one day i can edit this in a more graphical way, because at the circuit we are using high octane fuel, and i want to use the higher octane number.

its normal for the bottom chip to be just phase 3.. for a 3.5 upgrade you only change the top chip i think..
