How to get TÜV for hi-power Opels

Please give me a tip how to get TÜV-approval for Opels with EDS P3,5 or P4 (or other hi-power enginekits).

For older Opels (Kad C, Opel GT, Asc/Manta B etc) I know that there exist a brake kit that is TÜV-approved up to 420ps.

Does anyone know of such brake kits for Kad GSi or Cal T ?

Sandtler sells Mov'it brake kits (322x32mm with 4-pot caliper) to Opels with TÜV-papers. Does anyone know if the TÜV-papers says anything about the engine power?
( For example: The sandtler Mov'it brake kit is approved for up to 250kW for Opel Calibra turbo).
