Help! I can't get boost over 0.3 bar ;(

Something wrong with my engine management. I cannot jump over 0.3bar
boost limit. But if I remove tube from actuator pressure rises up to
1.0 bar and decreases down to 0.7 bar (I suppose that is Ok for
waste-gate).
Solenoid works correct (tested by TECH1).
1st gear sensor is Ok (tested by TECH1).
4x4 is not standard. Multi-clutch disks are joined together anytime.
I've tried use original ECU, EDS Phase-1 and EDS Phase-2. No changes.
And such situation is not only in my car. Two my friends have the same
trouble. We changed ECU from one car to others - no effects. =((

Why ECU can limit boost pressure? What have I check?

Hi, sorry for offtopic, but can you tell me how you do this(lock 4x4 clutch alltime). I want to lock my 4x4 system too and take away all problems with 4x4 hydraulic. If you have pics and more info, please post them, i will be very thankfull :wink:

That is very easy.
You just have to drill all disks through. And use the drills for lock
disks together (I used 4 pieces). Then weld all drills to last (top)
disk.

P.S. I've found solution of my problem with 0.3bar. Tubes from solenoid to actuators and turbine were changed. I've put it right way and got wanted boost.
