Fault code 19 on C20LET

I have had this code for sometime now. I have replaced the Crankshaft sensor 3 times and the coolant sensor and the fault is still there. When running at low rpm (1500-3000rpm) the engine management light flashes once then goes out but sometimes flashes on and off. This feels like the engine is missing or jurking . If reving the engine through the gears at speed the light never comes and engine feels fine, but once the accelerator is backed off the management light will stay on for a 3-5 seconds then off again sometimes not all the time.

Any ideas of what is causing this fault or areas to check?

the sensor had 3 Wire Grey-Black and Grey-Red and the 3end wire was just for filter out electromagnetic radiation that disturb the signal from the crank sensor to the ECU, the 2 cables are shielded with the 3end wire. :wink:

I'think your shield was not good..
