Astra F - turbo Upgrade ?

Hi to all, I'm very happy to be a member in this Forum))))

I'm planing to install in my Astra F GSI 16V a LET engine this winter. It will be my C20XE engine converted to LET with the Original F20 gear box.I have ordered new MAHLE pistons in 86,5mm , I have the ECU ready with Lotec phase2 and a good 8,5 liter cooler.

I have 2 serious questions :

- Do I have to reinforce the Astra Karrosse ? I mean make it strong in the front (like they do it with Corsas) or it is strong enough ?

- How much PS will be the maximum for the F20 gear box ? I read in TIS2000 that it is working with maximum 200Nm which is very very low...((( From the other side I have seen many LETs working with F20 ...

Mine Astra (380 PS)doesn't have any problem.
A friend of mine has an Astra with LET and F-20.It has Holz ECU (1,1 bar ct)and the F-20 hasn't yet any problem.

Tell me more for your Astra LET society))) How is with the parts for the LET in Greece ? I search some small things .... - LET Cams, the Intake , the engine instalation.

Here in Greece are not very known the LET's.We are very few the people that we have fast Opel.Tell me what you need,for LET parts.

yes, it is very hard in Greece to have a powerfull car with these taxes...
