What do you do in Germany when people don't pay?

What do you do in Germany when people don't pay? I've a big problem with a customer in Germany that he doesn't pay me some thousands euros for some parts I sent in June. That's a long time ago and it doesn't take several months to transfer money from Germany to Norway.
The customers is a company actually...
