Hi, sorry but I have to write in English.

My problem : Maximum 1 Bar stabile boost and with the same setup at least 1,7 bar Oboost.

Inside the actuator I have the very old Original spring. The screw on the actuatorrod is winded just 2 mm so the wastegate can open 15 mm.

Stage 1 = 0,4 Bar (basic set up pressure)

At 5000 rpm and 1 bar Boost the Exhaustmanifold pressure before Turbine is 1,8 Bar.

Come on now, I know that a lot of you guys have had the same problem, what to do about it ?

Hi,

Ask ASH for a Test-Chip. With this you can select between different Overboost-timings.

Hi !

Your problem again is a bad sealing between the waste gate valve and the exhaust manifold .

You can repair this problem or i send you another boost controller !

Hi ASH, I have already repaired the wastegate seat so I dont think thats my problem but I will have a look.
