Need a spec for a Garrett T04E turbo charger

Help someone on here mus have a ruff idea what spec of T04E turbo charger i need for on a LET nova. I want 450bhp max and am struggeling deciding what spec to get? I want one like the EDS nova but cannot find the spec anywhere.

Use a MHI TD04HL-19T with external wastegate (it has integrated wastegate but will performe more with big external). Then you have a turbo for 4-450hp if you have the engine right set up with other special parts. I'm installing a turbo like this now on my Vectra Turbo and are looking for 400hp+ (will be dyno tested in april on our brand new Mustang dynamometer). We have dyno tested (on a other strict dyno!) a Rekord D with c20let, this turbo (with original integrated wastegate), throttle bodies ++ at 368,5hp at the rear wheels at 1,3bar. Estimated by the dyno was 410hp at the flywheel.

Why I recommend this turbo? It's fairly cheap and it loads a lot of pressure already at 2.000rpm.
