Intercooler Size??

What is the smallest intercooler I can use with either phase 3.5+/4?

It will be going into a mkII astra. I ma thinking of having a custom one made which will be about 7.5 litres in volume, is this too small or ok?

Allen the EDS unit holds around 6.1 litres (just the core) the 7.5 litre unit you are considering is more than adequate!

I am using a Forge motorsport Universal type intercooler.
It's something about 55x17x8cm (fit's nice to my kadett)
And it stays COOL realy COOL

So let the ph3,5 please come quickly by post..

How much did the intercooler cost you.
Forge motorsport are less then a mile from where I live and when I went there to enquire about the possiblilty of a custom intercooler, they just did not seem interested. Kind of put me off them. Shame really as I know the kit quality is fantastic.

Use saab 9-3 aero IC, that is not so expensive
