Desperat search for Manta A spring with TUV

I'm looking for a set of lowered springs with TUV-approval for Manta A. Anyone that knows where I can get this? I have tried Pink Opel Power and Lenk, but no result. Lenk has 40mm, but without papers.

I know one tuner where you can get the 30mm springs for your Manta A.

I already sent Mr. Rainer Bruhy an e-mail, but the problem is that they don't have a TüV approval for these springs. :?
