Betreff: Stalling C20 LET
I am having a problem with my car stalling at junctions and roundabouts.
This only happens sometimes!!! There is also a problem with the engine
sometimes not starting ie if the engine has been running and at operating
temp and switched off for a short time like 5-10mins it starts but has to
build up pressure like priming fuel pump. Rev counter also has to build up
to 3000-4000rpm. It starts everytime but with a delay. No fault codes

C20LET conversion
Coscast Head Standard for now - Ported polished and gasflow head to be
fitted with Evo 6 cams
Bosch F5 DPOR plugs
Bottom end- wallace Performance rebuild
Oil spray bars
Crank regrind
ARP rod bolts
uprated JE pistons
Z20LET metal head gasket - 2 gaskets to be fitted when new head is going on.
V-max K26/24RS 400PS turbo
Wallace Performance -4 actuator- Dawes device limits boost to 10psi
V-max 60mm top hat
V-max Evo 310 software - Evo 360 software to be installed with head and cams
V-max Adjustable FPR (4.5Bar)
Evo 6 motorsport fuel pump - Rated to 500BHP
Standard injectors - 550ccm injectors to be fitted with software.
Turbo XS blow-off valve
60mm pipe work
Evo 6 intercooler
K&N cone Filter
Direct cold air intake
Powerflow Exhaust 2.5" with 4" Jap tail pipe
DSOP downpipe with seperated wastegate
No CAT
I have replaced with new
Crank shaft sensor
Idle control valve
Air flow meter
Coolant sensor
Air temp sensor
Lambda sensor- Bosch
Dump valve for new Baileys and XS blow off valve
Cone filter is about 15" from turbo inlet
Engine runs fine and makes good power.
