ABS -SIGNAL SUITABLE FOR VECTRA 2000 LCD-TACHO?

Hi! I want to know is it possible to convert the ABS signal suitable for Opel Vectra 2000 LCD?My speedo is K= 15458 pulses/km and it should be LCD´S=8608 pulses/km if I remember right.All I want to know is who can do converter like that and what would it cost?My car is Vectra Tbo 4x4 -94 with electronic tacho and doesn´t have outlet for speedocable from the gearbox.Current speedo reads right from the ABS -signal.
