phase 4 few questions after the first day

Hi Ash,

I had a few problems today but thankfully managed to solve most of them! First prob i had was temperature sensor was reading voltage high, this in turn caused the car to idle like a heap! All sorted now though, was a broken wire.
The next problem i have is with the spark being blown out, now the Bosch plugs are currently set at 0.65mm they need to goto 0.45mm now how in hells name are you supposed to close the gaps down on the platinum plugs? Any advice would be appreciated!

I use Bosch F5dp0r with 0.6mm and they work very fine.
You can reduce the distance a little bit by knocking on the outside electrode with a hammer(?).

Right i have changed the top chip for the correct map and the car still feels like its misfiring at around 1 bar boost. I have changed all the ignition side, I have adjusted the gap to 0.45mm. Fuel pressure is at 3 bar (std LET FPR used). The air/fuel ratio is almost showing 0.9v when it is missing so its not lambda cut either!
