Hi guys, Hi EDS!
This is the follow-up to the topic : http://www.c20let-forum.com/viewtopic.php?t=24829
I replaced the actuator that came with the PH-4 turbo for a Forge Motorsport actuator.
I disabled the original re-circulating valve included in the turbo using a proper spacer and dump-valve kit from Forge Motorsport.
I used the minimum length of vacuum hose in the Forge Motorsport dump-valve installation.
Power is now over 280 bhp with 1.5 bar overboost and 1.15 bar hold in 5th gear. Torque increased to 410 nm.
When setting the actuator, i did a rolling road test with 1.3 bar hold boost in 4th gear... result: power was slightly over 300 bhp!!!
I will post pictures and rolling road graphs as soon as possible.
I am really happy now! EDS, thanks for the upgraded PH3 software!
Regards,
Claudio.
PS - What do I have to do to my engine to allow me to use 1.3 bar hold boost? I want to go over 300 bhp!
